The Private 1-on-1 coaching gives you the ”best of both worlds”. You will engage in both consultation and coaching sessions. This service Is typically for those who are interested in the "KNOW, HOW and DO" methodology. In terms of someone needing professional advice, tailored strategies, tools, resources, financial plan. In addition, someone who prefers 1-on-1 coaching/support, motivation and an accountability partner to stay focused and on track. The plans will include:

• Scheduled consultation sessions and debriefings
• Scheduled coaching sessions and debriefings
• A tailored Strategy & action plan
• Email and text support (data rates may apply)
• Between session "homework or journaling"
• Impromptu calls as needed
